Job Role: Operator
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
Experience: Prior experience in loading & unloading is required

Job Responsibilities:

• Move and rebalance bikes between different zones.
• Shift faulty bikes from zones to the warehouse for repair.
• Collect out-of-zone bikes and move them to designated locations.
• Load and unload bikes onto vehicles safely.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Support daily outdoor/field operations.

Eligibility:

• 10th Pass is mandatory.
• Experience in loading/unloading work.
• Physically fit and comfortable with field work.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Responsible and disciplined attitude.

The role is primarily focused on bike movement, loading/unloading, transportation, and field operations.
