Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory movement in and out of the warehouse/inventory room and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure timely dispatch of spares and proper inventory documentation.
• Plan and execute inventory orders, including excess stock management.
• Coordinate with the central inventory team for DC issues and spare movement.
• Update Zoho in real time while issuing spares.
• Maintain records of faulty spares and conduct regular physical inventory checks.
• Raise weekly spare requirements and coordinate urgent/ad-hoc requirements.
• Receive faulty batteries from workshop bikes and ensure proper charging as per standard procedures.
• Send faulty batteries to the central warehouse for repair as per the Yuzen process.
• Conduct battery audit handshakes and self-audits.
• Maintain accurate tracking of working and faulty batteries.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance in the inventory/workshop area.
• Provide regular updates on asset data, including batteries and bikes, to relevant stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th Pass – Mandatory
• Experience: Prior experience in Inventory Management is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of inventory tools/software; Zoho preferred.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
