Role: Workshop Technician – Electric 2-Wheeler

Key Requirements:
- Two-wheeler maintenance and repair experience
- Knowledge of Electric 2-Wheeler / EV systems
- Mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle faults
- Knowledge of spare parts and inventory recording
- Good safety awareness and workshop discipline
- Basic Android smartphone usage
- Good customer interaction and communication skills
· Candidates must have completed an ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Motor Mechanic.
· Candidates must be willing to work in a rotational shift environment (Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts).
· Night shift allowance will be provided as per company policy.
· minimum wages, whichever is higher.
Experienced Profile
· Candidates should have hands-on experience in two-wheeler maintenance and repair or electric vehicle repair.
· Experience from organizations such as OLA, Ather, or similar EV/two-wheeler companies would be preferred.
· Candidates should be able to read and understand basic English.
· Candidates should possess actual repair and troubleshooting experience. Profiles limited to activities such as chain cleaning, oil changing, or basic servicing would not be suitable.
