Role Objective
Spearhead the GTM strategy across Delhi NCR by identifying optimal micro-market locations, designing warehouse infrastructure, driving end-to-end warehouse operations, and managing key stakeholders.
Core Principle: Own the location, layout, and operational execution from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development & GTM
Conduct on-field research across Delhi NCR to identify logistics hubs and suitable micro-market locations.
Evaluate locations based on workshop density, accessibility, and transit efficiency.
2. Warehouse Layout & Infrastructure
Build and operationalize a high-efficiency warehouse from 0-to-1.
Ensure optimal space utilization, efficient SKU flow, and scalable infrastructure.
3. Operations Management
4. Administration & Facility Setup
Establish a safe, compliant, and fully functional warehouse facility.
Manage utilities, safety standards, facility administration, and assets.
5. Vendor & Landlord Negotiations
Identify and negotiate with landlords, real estate providers, local authorities, and logistics partners.
Ensure timely and cost-effective warehouse setup.
6. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, and Leadership teams.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in field operations, supply chain setup, warehousing, or micro-market expansion.
Strong first-principles problem-solving and hands-on execution mindset.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Willingness to take ownership and build operations from the ground up.
Travel Requirement
Regular on-ground travel across Delhi NCR is mandatory.
Candidate should be comfortable with site scouting, warehouse setup, vendor meetings, and operational oversight.
