Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Procurement / Supply Chain, Finance, Digital Platforms, or Data & Analytics. The role involves gathering business and data requirements, defining KPIs and reporting needs, documenting business rules, creating user stories, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document data requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs.
• Define data definitions, transformations, and business rules.
• Create and maintain user stories for dashboards and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Support dashboard validation and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with UAT and track defects through resolution.
• Maintain data documentation and governance standards.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and actionable user stories.
• Support Agile delivery of data and analytics solutions.

Skills Required:

• Domain expertise in Procurement / Supply Chain, Finance, Digital Platforms, or Data & Analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira / Azure DevOps.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence / SharePoint.
• Exposure to integration-heavy environments.
• Experience with data-driven products is preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel and SQL.
• Exposure to Power BI / Tableau is preferred.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Business Analysis practices.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
