Position: Community Mobiliser
Experience:  1–2 Years
Qualification: BBA / MBA Graduates
Budget: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with ITI, Diploma, Polytechnic, Skill Institutes, and other educational institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institute management and placement teams.
• Drive Just Job registrations among eligible candidates.
• Source and mobilise candidates as per business and recruitment requirements.
• Mobilise candidates for job drives, interviews, recruitment campaigns, and placement activities.
• Conduct regular field visits to institutes and local communities.
• Counsel candidates regarding available job opportunities and recruitment processes.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates from registration to joining.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
• Maintain daily sourcing and mobilisation reports.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing targets.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and other stakeholders.
• Identify new institutes and local sourcing channels to expand the candidate network.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets for reporting will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• BBA / MBA graduates, including freshers.
• Candidates with experience in recruitment, field sourcing, mobilisation, staffing, business development, counselling, or community engagement will be preferred.
• Candidates with good knowledge of the local area and strong local networking will be an added advantage.
