Role Overview
We are looking for motivated RO Technicians to join our growing team and support installation, servicing, and maintenance operations at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
· Install and service RO water purifiers
· Diagnose and repair basic RO issues
· Visit customer locations for servicing and maintenance
· Handle filter replacement and routine checks
· Update service status through the mobile application
· Maintain professional behaviour with customers
Requirements
· Basic understanding of RO systems and servicing
· Comfortable using smartphone applications
· Good communication and customer handling skills
· Must have a bike/scooter
· Willingness to travel
· Freshers with ITI/Diploma are welcome
