Technician ko customer ke location par visit karke repair, servicing, troubleshooting aur customer service queries resolve karni hongi.

👨🔧 Job Responsibilities
- Customer location par field visit karna
- Product ki fault diagnosis aur repair karna
- Service aur customer queries resolve karna
- Technician-level troubleshooting karna
- Service call complete karke report/update submit karna
- Job completion ke baad case close karna
- Customer ke saath professional manner mein deal karna
💰 Payment Structure
Option 1 – Fixed Salary + Incentive
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000/- per month + Incentive
- ₹150 se upar ke TEC cases close karne par ₹100 per call additional incentive
Option 2 – Per Call Basis
- Agar technician fixed salary ke bajay per-call basis par kaam karna chahta hai:
- ₹150 per completed service call
