Job Title: Methods & Maintenance Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Methods & Maintenance Manager to drive operational excellence by optimizing manufacturing processes, maintenance systems, equipment reliability, productivity, quality, and overall operational efficiency.
The candidate will be responsible for leading maintenance strategies, continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and digital transformation activities. As a functional lead for the Methods & Maintenance function, the candidate will support the successful integration of maintenance, engineering, asset management, and continuous improvement processes into the Unify platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and improve manufacturing methods and maintenance processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and maintenance operations.
Support process standardization and harmonization across maintenance, engineering, and asset management functions.
Act as the functional representative for the Methods & Maintenance function during the Unify transformation program.
Translate business and operational requirements into effective system and process solutions.
Support systems integration, deployment, testing, and operational readiness activities.
Ensure accurate master data management and strong data governance practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, plant stakeholders, engineering teams, implementation partners, and other business functions.
Lead change management initiatives and support user adoption of new processes and digital tools.
Monitor project milestones and ensure successful delivery of transformation objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Identify and resolve manufacturing and maintenance challenges independently while ensuring business continuity.
Drive sustainable performance improvements through process optimization, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
