🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ End-to-end recruitment for assigned requirements
✅ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & databases
✅ Hire for Sales, Service, Workshop, Production, Quality, Engineering, Technician, Banking & Plant roles
✅ Candidate screening & initial telephonic interviews
✅ Interview coordination, follow-ups & offer management
✅ Candidate engagement & pre-onboarding
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS and achieve hiring targets
✅ Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding & closures

🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
🔹 1–2 years of recruitment experience
🔹 Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM – HR preferred
🔹 Experience in Automobile / Manufacturing / Banking / Plant hiring preferred
🔹 Exposure to White Collar & Blue Collar hiring is an advantage
🔹 Strong communication, sourcing & follow-up skills
🔹 Target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
