About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in Automobile/ Banking / Manufacturing / Plant Domaint to manage end-to-end hiring for assigned requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Handle hiring for Automobile, Sales, Service, Workshop, Production, Quality, Engineering, Technician, Banking and Plant roles.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage candidate engagement, offer process, and pre-onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS and achieve defined hiring targets.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
- Automobile/Auto, Manufacturing, Banking Ancillary hiring experience preferred.
- Experience in technical/White collar/ blue-collar hiring will be an advantage.
- Good communication, sourcing, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
