Job Summary
Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Recruiter with experience in BFSI, Manufacturing, and/or Automobile recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, Manufacturing and Automobile requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases and other channels.
- Handle hiring for profiles across:
- BFSI: Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Sales, Operations and Support roles.
- Manufacturing: Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Operations and Supervisory roles.
- Automobile: Sales, Service, Workshop, Technician, Engineering, Production, Quality and Operations roles.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, location and compensation.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, MIS and daily hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection, offer and joining process.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines and recruitment targets are achieved.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/technical qualification preferred for technical hiring exposure.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience in BFSI, Manufacturing, Automobile or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of technical and non-technical profiles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively under hiring targets and deadlines.
