Job Title: Tele Caller – Debt Collection

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele-caller (Collection) to join our team at our Navi Mumbai office. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers, assisting defaulters with debt repayment, negotiating payment plans, and meeting daily communication targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Management: Handle 100+ incoming and outgoing calls daily to communicate with potential defaulters.
Debt Recovery: Explain payment obligations, assist defaulters, and negotiate effectively to ensure timely debt collection and resolution.
Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with customers and send payment updates via WhatsApp as required.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls made, received, and payment statuses.
Target Achievement: Work with a target-oriented mindset to meet daily and monthly collection goals.
Requirements & Criteria:
Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.
Experience: Open to Freshers as well as Candidates with 1+ years of telecalling experience (preference given to NBFC and write-off cases experience).
Age: Preferred age bracket is 18 to 30 years (Secondary preference: 30 to 40 years).
Languages: Good Hindi communication skills required; basic English or regional language skills preferred.
Skills: Strong convincing ability, negotiation skills, and basic computer understanding.
Personality: Positive attitude with a customer-friendly, professional approach.
Location: Must be willing to work on-site from our Juinagar, Navi Mumbai office.
