Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day battery manufacturing and production operations under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors.
• Assist in operating and monitoring advanced manufacturing equipment, machines and production processes as per defined SOPs.
• Perform quality checks and inspections of battery cells, components and materials to ensure compliance with prescribed quality standards.
• Follow established safety, quality, 5S and process-control procedures while working in the manufacturing environment.
• Monitor production parameters, identify abnormalities or process deviations and report them promptly to the concerned supervisor.
• Maintain production records, inspection reports and other required documentation accurately.
• Support the team in achieving production targets, process efficiency and continuous improvement objectives.
• Handle materials and components carefully while following prescribed procedures for material movement, storage and workplace safety.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Develop practical knowledge of battery manufacturing technology, automated production systems, quality processes and clean-energy manufacturing through on-the-job training.
