Position: NATS Trainee Operator – Machine Operator / Quality Inspector
Department: Production / Manufacturing & Quality
Qualification: Diploma & Any Degree Holder
Eligible Qualifications:
Gender: Male
Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years
Working Hours: 8.5 Hours + 30 Minutes Break
Shifts: 3 Rotational Shifts
Stipend Details
Degree Holder (Engineering / B.Sc. / B.Com. / B.A.): ₹20,150 per month, including ₹500 Attendance Bonus + ₹6,150 DBT per month.
Diploma Holder (Any Trade): ₹19,450 per month, including ₹500 Attendance Bonus + ₹5,450 DBT per month.
Vocational & Diploma Sandwich Holder: ₹18,800 per month, including ₹500 Attendance Bonus + ₹4,800 DBT per month.
Overtime: Available as per production requirement – approximately ₹85 to ₹95 per hour
Transportation: Free
Accommodation Support: Available
Approx. Accommodation Rent: ₹1,000 – ₹1,500 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
For Machine Operator:
Operate and monitor machines as per production requirements and standard operating procedures.
Load and unload raw materials/components in the machine.
Ensure smooth and safe operation of assigned machinery.
Monitor machine parameters and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the workplace.
For Quality Inspector
Inspect automotive components as per defined quality standards and specifications.
Perform basic dimensional and visual inspection of components.
Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming components.
Maintain quality inspection records and report quality issues to the supervisor.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
Coordinate with the production team to maintain consistent product quality.
Important Note
Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and in 3 rotational shifts. Accommodation is not provided directly; however, accommodation support will be provided, with an approximate monthly rent of ₹1,000–₹1,500.
