Position: NAPS Trainee Operator – Machine Operator
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI (Any Trade)
Gender: Male
Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years
Working Hours: 8.5 Hours + 30 Minutes Break
Shifts: 3 Rotational Shifts
Stipend: ₹14,500 per month, including ₹500 Attendance Bonus & ₹1500 (DBT) Per Month
Overtime – Yes, Rs.67 Per Month (As per Production Requirement)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machines as per production requirements and standard operating procedures.
Load and unload raw materials/components in the machine.
Ensure smooth and safe operation of assigned machinery.
Check components for basic quality parameters during production.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workplace.
Follow instructions from supervisors and production team members.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Important Note:
Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts and working in a manufacturing environment. Accommodation is not provided directly, however, accommodation support will be provided, with an approximate monthly rent of ₹1,000–₹1,500.
