About the Role:
We are hiring ITI Trainees for our plant at Lunsapur, Rajula. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on trade experience in a plant/industrial environment, with a strong chance of absorption into regular payroll after successful completion of training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled operators/technicians in day-to-day operation and maintenance of plant machinery (Fitter, Electrician, Instrumentation, Welder, etc.)
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance activities as instructed
- Support breakdown attendance and minor repairs under supervision
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area as per 5S and housekeeping standards
- Maintain daily logs/registers of maintenance and production activities
- Assist with material handling, spares issue/return, and inventory checks
- Strictly follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and plant SOPs
- Attend on-the-job and classroom training sessions
- Report equipment issues, hazards, or near-miss incidents to the supervisor
Eligibility / Qualification:
- ITI Certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in Fitter, Electrician, Instrumentation, Welder, Machinist, or allied trades
- Freshers welcome; limited prior industrial experience also accepted
Desired Skills:
- Basic trade knowledge (mechanical/electrical/instrumentation as applicable)
- Ability to read basic drawings, gauges, and instructions
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Physically fit for shop-floor/field work
- Basic literacy in Gujarati/Hindi
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Stipend: ₹15,500 (Annual: ₹1,86,000)
