🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end Residential Solar Project Execution
✅ Plan, coordinate & monitor installation activities
✅ Coordinate with customers, technicians, vendors & internal teams
✅ Ensure timely project completion as per quality standards
✅ Monitor site activities, material requirements & manpower
✅ Resolve site-related issues for smooth execution
✅ Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates
🔹 Requirements:
💼 1–2 years of experience in Solar Project Management / Installation
☀️ Good knowledge of Residential Solar PV Systems
⚡ Understanding of solar installation, electrical work & site execution
🤝 Strong coordination, communication & problem-solving skills
🚗 Willingness to travel across Gorakhpur, Basti & Siddharthnagar
🎓 Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or relevant field preferred
