Job Description

We are hiring Diploma Mechanical Engineering freshers for the position of Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) in the Production Department.

The candidate will work in a manufacturing/production environment and will be trained in CNC machine operations, quality inspection, machine maintenance, safety, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on CNC machines as per production requirements.
• Perform routine quality inspection and maintain records.
• Follow company and ISO procedures.
• Perform basic daily machine maintenance as per checklist.
• Follow all safety practices on the shop floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around machines.
• Work as per instructions of the Shift In-charge.
• Help control rejection and maintain product quality.
• Complete operations within the required cycle time.
• Support daily improvement activities (Kaizen).
• Work effectively with the production and shift team.

Eligibility

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10th + Diploma – Full-time, regular course.
• Freshers can apply.
• Final-year Diploma students can also apply, subject to passing their final examination.

Salary & Benefits

CTC on Joining: ₹2.75 LPA

After 1 Year Training: Confirmation and progression to Jr. Engineer, based on performance.

Retention Amount: ₹1,92,500 over 3 years:

• 1st Year – ₹57,750
• 2nd Year – ₹57,750
• 3rd Year – ₹77,000

Important
