💼 Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate Command & Control Centre (CCC) systems, dashboards, CCTV, VMS and other applications.
- Monitor real-time alerts, incidents, traffic and field activities.
- Identify issues and escalate them to the concerned technical/field teams.
- Coordinate with field teams, technical teams and authorities for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain daily logs, incident reports, system status updates and operational records.
- Follow defined SOPs and escalation procedures.
- Ensure smooth functioning of CCC operations.
- Support 24×7 operations through rotational shifts.
🛠️ Required Skills
- Basic computer and application-handling skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good observation and monitoring skills.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, dashboards and computer systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
