Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and support business hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
* Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social channels.
* Screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS and hiring reports.
* Ensure timely closure of positions and recruitment targets.
* Support employer branding and talent pipeline-building initiatives.

Educational Qualification:

* B.Sc.
* B.Tech
* BBA
* MBA
* MBA/PG qualification in HR or related specialization will be preferred.

Required Skills:

* Strong understanding of End-to-End Talent Acquisition.
* Excellent sourcing and screening expertise.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience in recruitment reporting and analytics.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and ATS platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate:

* 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
* Corporate or consulting recruitment experience preferred.
* Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Growth-oriented mindset with strong ownership.

Contract Duration: 11 Months
