Job Title: Sourcing Executive – Portal Tele-Recruiter

Role Summary:
The portal tele-recruiter is responsible for using job portal and conduct sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates through telephonic interviews to fulfill the hiring requirements of the organization. The tele-recruiter would be largely responsible for hiring Grey & White collar profiles. This role involves understanding job requirements, reaching out to potential candidates via calls, explaining job profiles, assessing candidate suitability, and coordinating interview schedules. The tele-recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates while maintaining a high level of candidate engagement and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Sourcing candidates: Conducting research and using various recruiting tools to find potential candidates who meet the job requirements.

·       Screening candidates: Conducting phone interviews or video calls with potential candidates to evaluate their qualifications, work experience, and overall fit for the job.

·       Building relationships: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.

·       Managing the recruitment process: Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and keep track of candidate progress throughout the hiring process.

·       Providing feedback: Communicating feedback to candidates on their application status and providing constructive feedback to improve their chances of being selected for the position.

·       Updating recruitment databases: Recording candidate information and updating recruitment databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

·       Creating a good rapport among the candidate to generate more and more references.

·       Achieving recruitment targets: Meeting recruitment targets and objectives set by the organization.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience under BFSI or NBFC industry.

Employment: Full time

Working Days & Time: 6 days from 9 am to 6 pm

Working Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
