🔹 Maintain regular communication, engagement, and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🔹 Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, location, and other relevant details to candidates.

🔹 Coordinate with candidates for interviews, documentation, and other recruitment formalities.

🔹 Provide proper guidance and support to candidates until their successful joining. 🤝

🔹 Maintain candidate records and share regular recruitment updates with the team.
