Position: Team Leader – Recruitment

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview
Green Call is looking for experienced and target-oriented Team Leaders to manage, guide, and motivate a team of recruiters handling Blue Collar Hiring. The role will be responsible for team productivity, recruitment targets, candidate funnel management, follow-ups, and improving conversion and joining rates.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and guide a team of 5–7 Recruiters.
· Monitor daily team productivity, performance, and recruitment targets.
· Oversee the candidate funnel from sourcing to successful joining.
· Monitor the quality of candidate profiles and ensure alignment with job requirements.
· Ensure timely candidate follow-ups and maintain regular candidate engagement.
· Drive the team to maximize candidate conversion and joining rates.
· Support recruiters in resolving candidate queries and recruitment challenges.
· Track team performance and provide regular updates to management.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Need a candidate who is familiar with Tamil/ Marathi/ Telugu/ Kannada, English & Hindi
· Strong team management and leadership skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Prior experience in Blue Collar Recruitment is preferred.
· Strong follow-up and candidate management skills.
· Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
· Ability to monitor, coach, and improve team performance.
· Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Eligibility
· Prior experience in recruitment and team handling will be preferred.
· Experience in Blue Collar Hiring will be an added advantage.
· Comfortable and disciplined working in a Work From Home environment.
