Job Overview

Just Job is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment operations across the South and West regions. The role will be responsible for team performance, requirement allocation, coordination with business and operational teams, and driving recruitment productivity and joining conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for recruitment operations across the South and West regions.
• Manage team performance and ensure achievement of recruitment targets.
• Allocate recruitment requirements effectively among team members based on business priorities.
• Coordinate closely with business and operational teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor recruitment performance through key productivity and conversion metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve recruiter productivity and overall team performance.
• Drive effective candidate follow-up and joining conversion initiatives.
• Identify recruitment challenges and take corrective actions to improve hiring outcomes.
• Provide regular recruitment performance updates and insights to management.
