Job Description

Job Title: ITI Technical Trainee

Industry: Automotive Components Manufacturing (Tier-1 OEM Supplier)

Locations: Faridabad (Delhi NCR), Pune, Gujarat

Position Overview

A leading Tier-1 automotive component manufacturer is hiring ITI technical freshers and pass-outs for manufacturing and assembly plant operations across multiple plant locations.

Key Details

Qualification: ITI Pass / Final Year (Mechanical & Electrical trades preferred; Civil, Architect, and COPA/CAPA streams are not eligible)
Target Profile: Freshers, recent pass-outs (2023 onwards), and final-year students aged 18 to 28 years (Male candidates only)
Functional Roles: Production assembly, crimping, motor operations, quality control (QC/QA), and visual testing inspection
Earning Potential: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000+ per month (including fixed stipend, DBT, attendance bonus, and overtime allowance)
Working Hours: 8-hour shift + overtime / rotational shifts (26 days/month)
