Eligibility Criteria

·       Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma candidates are eligible.

·       Age: 18 to 35 years.

·       Candidates should be interested in building a career in the Solar Energy sector.

·       Freshers are welcome to apply.

Training Program – 3 Months

·       Basics of Solar Energy and Solar PV systems.

·       Solar PV modules, inverter, battery and other system components.

·       Installation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.

·       Electrical safety, tools handling and safe work practices.

·       System commissioning, testing and basic maintenance.

·       Industry standards, best practices and on-site work discipline.

·       IT and soft-skills training for workplace readiness.

Documents Required

·       10th and 12th Marksheet (as applicable)

·       ITI / Diploma certificate or marksheet (as applicable)

·       Aadhaar Card

·       Caste Certificate (if applicable)

·       2 Passport-size Photographs

·       Bank Passbook
