About the Role
The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and employee-centric HR operations across the organization — managing core HR processes, policies, systems, and governance — while supporting business growth and operational excellence for Vision India and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management — Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and final settlements.
- HR Operations & Process Excellence — Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, SOPs, and workflows across corporate and regional teams; drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
- HRIS & People Analytics — Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS operations ensuring data integrity, and generate timely MIS reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
- Compensation & Payroll — Support compensation structuring, salary benchmarking, CTC design, and offer management aligned with internal frameworks and market practices; validate payroll inputs for timely, accurate processing.
- Statutory Compliance — Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements — PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, and Shops & Establishment Acts — across all operating locations.
- Policy & Governance — Implement and monitor HR policies, Code of Conduct, and disciplinary frameworks; ensure fair, consistent performance assessments across functions.
- Employee Relations — Manage employee relations, grievances, and misconduct cases in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Stakeholder & Business Support — Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Finance to ensure seamless, effective HR service delivery, and support leadership with data and operational insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education — MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience — 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles, ideally within a fast-paced organization.
- Technical Skills — Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Domain Knowledge — Strong working knowledge of compensation structures, statutory compliance, and payroll coordination.
