About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist / HRBP to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Employer of Record (EoR) business. In this role, you will ensure efficient, compliant, and employee-centric HR service delivery across client organizations and internal teams — owning core HR processes, policies, systems, and governance while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Process Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Drive smooth execution of HR policies, SOPs, and workflows across clients and internal teams.
- Lead process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations.
Employee Records & HRIS
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and documentation, leveraging automation wherever possible.
- Manage HRIS operations, ensuring data integrity and system effectiveness.
- Generate timely MIS reports and dashboards to support leadership review and decision-making.
Compensation & Payroll Compliance
- Apply a strong understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and offer management aligned with internal frameworks and market practices.
- Coordinate with clients to validate payroll inputs, ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with applicable laws and statutory requirements.
Policy & Governance
- Implement and monitor HR policies, Code of Conduct, and disciplinary frameworks across the organization.
- Ensure fair and consistent performance assessments across functions and positions.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and misconduct cases in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Business Support
- Partner with clients, employees, and internal stakeholders to provide HR data, insights, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Finance teams to ensure seamless, effective HR service delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Experience: 4–6 years in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles, ideally within a fast-paced organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting; ability to quickly adapt to internal ERP systems and platforms, with a focus on process automation.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR Operations methodologies and the various stages of the employee lifecycle.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to independently engage Indian and global employees and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
