About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Campus Recruitment Manager to lead and manage our campus hiring initiatives across ITI, Diploma, Polytechnic and other educational institutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with ITI/Diploma Colleges, Training & Placement Officers, Government Employment Offices and relevant Government Officers, along with excellent communication and team-handling skills.
The candidate will be responsible for building institutional partnerships, generating a consistent candidate pipeline, organizing campus recruitment drives and ensuring successful closure of hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with ITI, Diploma, Polytechnic and other educational institutions.
Build and maintain a strong network with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Principals, College Management and Faculty Members.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with Government Employment Offices and relevant Government Officers.
Plan and execute Campus Recruitment Drives, Job Fairs, Placement Drives and Walk-in Drives.
Coordinate with colleges and government offices for candidate mobilization and recruitment activities.
Understand client manpower requirements and develop appropriate campus recruitment strategies.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters, mobilizers and campus recruitment executives.
Set daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets and monitor team performance.
Ensure achievement of candidate sourcing, attendance, selection and joining targets.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of hiring drives.
Prepare recruitment reports, MIS and performance updates for management.
Identify new colleges, institutions and government channels for expanding the candidate sourcing network.
Travel to colleges, ITIs, employment offices and other institutions whenever required.
Ensure professional representation of the organization during campus drives and institutional meetings.

Required Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in Campus Recruitment, Campus Hiring, Bulk Recruitment, Staffing or Recruitment Operations.
Candidates with an established network among ITI/Diploma/Polytechnic Colleges and Government Employment Offices will be strongly preferred.
Prior experience in staffing, manpower deployment, apprenticeship, skill development or bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Candidates must be comfortable with field visits and institutional meetings.
