NPI & Product Engineering: End-to-end ownership including RFQ, BOM validation, PPAP, APQP,
FMEA, and ECN management
• Manufacturing & Process Engineering: SMT line programming ,DFM for PCB,
process flow design, line balancing, and cycle time optimization
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Strong experience in SPC, 7 QC tools, 8D, DOE, root cause
analysis, and yield improvement
• Lean & Six Sigma: Kaizen, Kanban, TPM, 5S, Value Stream Mapping; delivering measurable
productivity and quality gains
• Standards & Compliance: Hands-on exposure to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IPC standards
• Digital & Tools: SAP, Agile PLM, RDS MSS Valor, PT200, SIPRO
