Job Description
• Lead HR Business Partner – Talent & Learning to partner closely with business leaders and drive strategic HR, Talent Management, and Learning & Development initiatives across the organization.
• The role will focus on talent development, leadership development, succession planning, organizational capability building, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness in a MedTech / Manufacturing / CDMO environment.
• The incumbent will act as a strategic HR partner while driving a strong learning culture, capability enhancement initiatives, and talent development programs aligned with business goals.
• Partner with business leaders to translate business priorities into people, talent, and capability strategies that support organizational growth and business objectives.
• Drive learning strategy and organizational capability-building initiatives to ensure workforce readiness and future leadership pipeline development.
• This role requires strong exposure in both HRBP and L&D functions, especially within manufacturing and shopfloor-driven business environments.
Roles & Responsibility
• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification with 10–15 years of experience in HRBP and L&D roles. Exceptional candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
• Experience in MedTech, Manufacturing, EMS, CDMO/CMO, Healthcare Engineering, or related industrial environments preferred.
• Strong exposure in strategic business partnering, employee engagement, workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and talent management.
• Experience in designing and driving learning strategies, leadership development programs, competency mapping, and employee capability enhancement initiatives.
• Strong experience in organizational capability building, talent development frameworks, and succession planning processes.
• Strong understanding of performance management, change management, employee relations, and HR governance.
• Exposure to manufacturing and plant HR operations including shopfloor workforce management.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership partnering skills.
• Good understanding of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance practices.
