1. Role Summary
A Diploma Trainee Engineer (DET) supports engineering teams by learning technical aspects of products, assisting in
design, testing, troubleshooting equipment, and optimizing production processes to meet company standards. Key
responsibilities include working under senior engineers, maintaining quality, ensuring safety compliance, and performing
documentation.

2. Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Education Pattern: 10 + Diploma (Full-time, regular course)
• Final year students are eligible, subject to passing the final exam
• Experience: Fresher

3. Key Responsibilities
• Routine production work by CNC Machines.
• Routine inspection as per sampling plan and maintain records for process control.
• Day-to-day work as per ISO procedure.
• Doing Day to Day Autonomous Maintenance of machines, as per AM check list.
• Maintaining safety conditions and safety practices in the machine during process.
• To maintain house keeping of shop floor in and around the machine.
• Reporting to the shift incharge.
• To control the rejection percentage.
• To do operations as per cycle time norms.
• Maintain discipline in Labour and get productive output.
• Do small, daily continuous improvements (Kaizen) in and around the machine, in all the above aspects.

5. Compensation & Benefits
Particular CTC Per Annum (In Lac) - 2.75 LPA
Desgination - Diploma Engineer Trainee
On confirmation (On Completion of One Year Training Period based on performance) - Jr. Engineer

Retention Amount
Rs. 1,92,500.00 will be paid as a One Time Retention Amount for 3 years in the proportion of 30 : 30 : 40 as under.
• On Completion of 1st Year – Rs. 57,750.00 will be paid.
• On Completion of 2nd Year – Rs. 57,750.00 will be paid.
• On Completion of 3rd Year – Rs. 77,000.00 will be paid.

6. One Year Bond
One Year Bond: If the Diploma Engineer Trainee leaves the organisation within one year from the date of joining, an
amount of Rs. 30,000.00 (Rs. Thirty Thousand Only) will be recovered from DET for the Induction Training, Boarding,
Lodging, Transportation etc. charges.

7. Candidate Profile
The role is intended for fresh Diploma Mechanical Engineering candidates who are interested in production, CNC
machine operations, quality/process control, machine maintenance, workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a production environment and collaborating with shift teams and senior
engineers.

8. Selection / Joining Note
Relevant profiles are requested for Diploma Mechanical Engineering candidates. Final-year students may be considered
subject to passing their final examination.
