We are looking forElectrician Trainer to support practical and theoretical training in domestic electrical wiring. The trainer will assist students in learning electrical installation, wiring techniques, tools, safety procedures, fault finding, and basic electrical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the senior trainer in conducting practical and classroom training sessions.
Demonstrate domestic electrical wiring and installation techniques.
Train students on switches, sockets, lights, fans, distribution boards, MCBs, and basic electrical circuits.
Guide students in reading simple wiring diagrams and electrical drawings.
Demonstrate safe use of electrical tools, testing instruments, and equipment.
Supervise students during practical exercises and workshop activities.
Explain electrical safety rules, PPE requirements, earthing, and basic precautions.
Assist students in identifying and troubleshooting common wiring faults.
Check students’ practical work and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain workshop tools, training equipment, materials, and records.
Ensure the training area is clean, organized, and safe.
Support assessments, practical tests, demonstrations, and other training activities.
Follow institutional training standards, safety procedures, and instructions from the senior trainer.

Required Qualification

Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of domestic electrical wiring and installation.
Knowledge of electrical safety practices and tools.
