Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in lifting, shifting, loading, and unloading materials/equipment.
- Assist the Rigger with slings, shackles, hooks, and other lifting accessories.
- Follow proper hand signals and safety procedures during lifting operations.
- Maintain housekeeping and keep the work area safe.
- Inspect lifting accessories and report any damage or unsafe conditions.
- Use required PPE and follow site safety rules.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of rigging/lifting work is an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work at site/shift.
- Good discipline, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions.
