Senior Manager : Integrated Facilities & Workplace Solutions

Role Purpose
Lead and scale NorthStar One, the Integrated Facilities & Workplace Solutions business of North Star Techno Services Pvt. Ltd.
The role will be responsible for business development, solution design, contract mobilisation, service delivery, client management and P&L across technical facility management, workplace services and critical infrastructure O&M.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business growth strategy for NorthStar One.
- Build a strong pipeline across corporate offices, manufacturing plants, warehouses, utilities, institutions and multi-site businesses.
- Lead facility assessments, client presentations, proposals, costing and commercial negotiations.
- Design integrated solutions covering technical FM, soft services, workplace experience, energy management and O&M.
- Mobilise new contracts, deploy teams and establish SOPs, SLAs, preventive-maintenance plans and reporting systems.
- Ensure service quality, asset uptime, complaint closure, statutory compliance and client satisfaction.
- Manage key accounts, client reviews, escalations, renewals and account expansion.
- Own revenue, profitability, billing, collections, working capital and contract margins.
- Manage facility managers, engineers, supervisors, vendors and specialist service partners.
- Implement digital helpdesk, asset, work-order and performance-management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labour, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Engineering, Facility Management, Operations or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 10–14 years of experience in Integrated Facility Management, Technical FM, Industrial Services or Workplace Management.
- Strong experience in business development, solutioning, costing, mobilisation and multi-site operations.
- Sound knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, DG, UPS, fire systems, plumbing, utilities and preventive maintenance.
- Experience in soft services, workplace support, vendor management and client governance.
- Strong commercial understanding of contracts, SLAs, manpower costing, margins and working capital.
- Excellent client-facing, negotiation, presentation and team-leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
