🎓 Eligibility:
• Master’s Degree with minimum 60% marks
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
• Minimum 8 years of relevant teaching experience
• 6–10 years of leadership experience as Headmistress, Primary Head, Vice Principal, Academic Head, or Senior Primary Coordinator
• Experience in reputed CBSE / K-12 schools preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead academic planning and implementation for the Primary School
• Drive NEP 2020, FLN, NIPUN Bharat, and competency-based learning initiatives
• Mentor and develop teachers through regular observations and academic reviews
• Ensure strong student learning outcomes and holistic development
• Build meaningful parent partnerships and support school growth initiatives
