Product Manager – JustJob

 Role Purpose : Own the product development and growth of JustJob, ensuring a simple, scalable and effective hiring experience for candidates, employers and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

·        Define and manage the product roadmap and priorities.

·        Convert business needs into PRDs, user stories and workflows.

·        Coordinate with technology, UI/UX, QA, marketing and operations teams.

·        Manage sprint planning, UAT, releases, timelines and product quality.

·        Improve candidate registration, job matching, applications and hiring conversions.

·        Strengthen employer features, recruiter dashboards, subscriptions and analytics.

·        Analyse user data and feedback to improve engagement, retention and revenue.

·        Benchmark competing job platforms and recommend new features.

Candidate Profile

·        B.Tech, MBA, MCA or equivalent qualification.

·        5–8 years of experience in product management, business analysis or digital project delivery.

·        Experience in a job portal, HR-Tech, recruitment marketplace or high-volume hiring platform.

·        Strong understanding of Agile, UI/UX, APIs, analytics and product lifecycle.

·        Proficiency in Jira, Figma, Excel and analytics tools will be preferred.

·        Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
