Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Localization Project Lead (LPL) to drive and manage parts localization projects. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve localization targets, optimize project costs, improve productivity, and deliver annualized savings.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve localization targets, including the number of parts localized, volume rebalancing, annualized savings, and productivity.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and action plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews with teams and stakeholders in China and France to ensure projects progress as planned.
• Identify and resolve project roadblocks, risks, and potential issues in a timely manner.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize project budgets, including CAPEX investments and project expenses.
• Prepare and submit monthly management reports covering project progress, results, roadblocks, risks, savings, investments, and expenses.
• Ensure timely updates of centralized project reports and applicable tracking systems such as APM and OTTO.
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and other cross-functional teams.

Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of problem-solving methodologies.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as moulding, stamping, and machining.
• Basic knowledge of Quality processes.
• Working knowledge of Purchasing, Finance, and Logistics functions.
• Broad understanding of Project Management.
• Strong coordination, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
