Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and qualified TGT Mathematics Teacher to deliver high-quality mathematics education to middle and secondary school students. Key Responsibilities

Academic Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to students as per the prescribed curriculum and academic guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
• Conduct regular classroom teaching using innovative and student-centric methodologies.
• Evaluate students' academic performance through tests, projects, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide remedial support and additional guidance to students requiring academic assistance.

Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Encourage active participation and collaborative learning among students.
• Monitor student attendance, behavior, and overall development.

Student Development

• Foster analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Mentor and guide students for academic excellence and competitive examinations, where applicable.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide regular feedback on student progress.

School Activities

• Contribute to school events, examinations, academic planning, and co-curricular activities.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, training programs, and professional development initiatives.
• Support school policies and maintain educational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution.
• CTET/TET qualification preferred as per applicable norms.

Experience

• 3–4 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
• Experience teaching middle and secondary classes is preferred.
