We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery, ensuring smooth production operations, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines such as Electroplating, Rectifier, Powder Coating, and Hot Water Generator.
• Carry out electrical troubleshooting and repair of equipment and machinery.
• Maintain daily maintenance records, checklists, and equipment logs.
• Support basic plumbing and mechanical maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and maintain basic PLC and SCADA systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to laboratory equipment.
• Perform maintenance on fabrication machines such as MIG Welding, Press Brake, and PEM Machines.
• Ensure proper functioning of utilities and production equipment.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Use basic computer applications for maintenance documentation and reporting.
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with Electroplating, Powder Coating, Rectifier, and Hot Water Generator equipment.
• Basic understanding of plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with fabrication machines such as MIG Welding, Press Brake, and PEM Machines.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and maintenance record entry).
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
