Roles and Responsibilities
- ITI Fitter with 4 to 8 years experience.
- Lead the small team with him for making the work happen given to the team.
- Should be able to read the drawings & make the installation accordingly.
- Should plan the resources like manpower, machines, cranes, consumables for given work.
- Should coordinate with Team leader, Supervisor for work given.
- Responsible for safety of his work area.v
