Position: Associate Workshop Technician
Location: Delhi, Mumbai & Bengaluru
Qualification: ITI or Diploma (Mechanical & Electrical trade)
Experience:
- Fresher’s can apply under the NAPS Apprenticeship Program.
- Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in two-wheeler repair and maintenance are also eligible.

Salary:
For Fresher’s (NAPS):
- ₹17,500 – ₹19,500 per month (Including ₹1,500 DBT)
For Experienced Candidates:
- In Hand - ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Working Schedule:
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Required Skills:
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Basic understanding of two-wheeler parts and components.
- Knowledge of two-wheeler repair and maintenance is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work in a workshop environment.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of Yulu electric two-wheelers.
- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Support senior technicians in repairing mechanical and electrical components.
- Assist in battery inspection, charging, replacement, and maintenance.
- Ensure vehicles are repaired and made ready for deployment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop.
- Update basic service records and follow workshop SOPs.
- Use tools and equipment safely while adhering to company safety guidelines.
- Support field maintenance activities whenever required.
- Continuously learn and improve technical skills through on-the-job training.
