Location: Kota, Rajasthan (Extensive travel across Kota, Baran & Jhalawar Circles)

Role overview
Apraava Energy is seeking a highly aggressive, result-oriented, and field-driven Implementation Manager & Consumer Awareness to drive end-to-end implementation activities across the Kota, Baran, and Jhalawar circles under the AMISP (Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider) project.
The role will be responsible for achieving installation targets, strengthening field governance, coordinating with DISCOM officials and local administration, managing in-house and vendor teams, ensuring quality execution, and driving overall project performance. The incumbent will also serve as the Consumer Awareness and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all consumer awareness initiatives across the project.
Key responsibilities
Implementation management
- Lead end-to-end smart meter implementation activities across Kota, Baran, and Jhalawar circles.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly installation targets and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Manage and monitor the performance of Circle In-Charges, Supervisors, field teams, and vendor partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to review progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with JENs, AENs, XENs, and other DISCOM officials to open work fronts and resolve execution challenges.
- Monitor vendor manpower deployment, field productivity, quality compliance, and execution efficiency.
- Prepare execution plans, MIS reports, reconciliation statements, and management dashboards using Advanced Excel and analytical tools.
- Present daily progress, risks, action plans, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to project SOPs, quality standards, safety norms, and contractual obligations.
- Improve productivity, governance, quality, and overall operational performance through continuous monitoring and process improvements.
Consumer awareness
- Develop and implement the overall consumer awareness strategy and execution roadmap across all project circles.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute consumer awareness campaigns aligned with installation schedules and project milestones.
- Liaise with SDMs, Tehsildars, Sarpanches, Pradhans, local administration, and community stakeholders for consumer mobilization.
- Coordinate with DISCOM officials, field teams, vendors, and local authorities to ensure effective awareness campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance consumer participation and project acceptance.
- Ensure timely documentation, MIS reporting, compliance, and reporting of all consumer awareness activities.
- Prepare periodic reports, presentations, dashboards, and review documents for management and client meetings.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all consumer awareness-related matters with MoP, REC, DISCOM, local administration, and other project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, compliance, and timely reporting.
Desired candidate profile
Educational qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
· Salary Range: 9 to 15LPA (Final compensation will be based on interview feedback and candidate suitability)
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in AMI/Smart Metering, Power Distribution, Utility Operations, or AMISP projects.
- Prior experience in AMISP implementation projects in roles such as Project Manager, Implementation Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership positions.
- Hands-on experience working with DISCOMs is mandatory.
Skills and competencies
- Strong understanding of AMI implementation, utility operations, field execution, stakeholder management, and consumer awareness programs.
- Excellent command of Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, reconciliation, data analytics, and management presentations.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly target-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders across field operations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
