Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tele Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements across industries. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, telephonic screening, candidate coordination, and meeting recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
• Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Explain job roles, salary, and company details to candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
• Follow up with candidates for interview attendance, offer acceptance, and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
• Handle bulk hiring assignments while meeting daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in bulk hiring, tele-recruitment, and non-IT hiring is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media sourcing.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
