We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medicines accurately, providing medication counseling, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service while promoting the use of quality generic medicines.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medicines accurately as per doctor's prescription.
- Guide patients on dosage, usage, side effects, storage, and precautions.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and documentation.
- Monitor medicine inventory, expiry dates, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for timely stock replenishment.
- Promote generic medicines and educate customers about their benefits.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of medicines in the pharmacy.
- Handle billing and POS operations when required.
- Support sales targets through ethical customer service.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Valid State Pharmacy Council (PCI/State Pharmacy Council) Registration Certificate

Preferred Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in retail pharmacy or hospital pharmacy.
- Experience in PMBJK or retail pharmacy is an added advantage.
