Description of Role:
• Daily advanced production planning at micro level.
• Responsible for internal stage inspection.
• Maintain productivity record as defined.
• Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize
production.
• Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
• Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
• Provide engineering support for production & maintenance activities to ensure maximum
production.
• Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
• Supervising the mfg. processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
• Process understanding of various machining processes, their capabilities, tolerances.
• Identifying, documenting and reporting unsafe practices.
• Develop culture of self-inspection and maintain protocol sheet.
• Maintain documents on each processing display board such as work instructions, latest revision
drawings, monthly production schedule, and manufacturing process plan, weld plan & WPS etc.
• Practices and Maintains 5S standards in the workplace.
• Develop 5S culture & safe working practice. achieving Targets in Production
• Any other work as a when required to achieve company goal.
• Ensure booking hours of consumed on job work order wise to analyze actual costing.
