Description of Role:

•     Responsible for in-house & outsource product quality  inspection.

•     Follow and comply with ISO policy and procedure.

•     Documentation/report submission and co-ordination with customer for clearance.

•     Check all fabrication and machined dimensions according to the approved drawings and QAP/ITP.

•     Prepare dimensional reports for each job.

•     Coordinate with engineers/subcontractors to ensure that all ongoing works are in line with require quality standard.

•     Conduct daily inspections to monitor the quality of workmanship in daily activities to minimize the risk of quality.

•     Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project dossier, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, etc.

•     Inform and report to quality manager  immediately if any non-compliance or discrepancy is found.

•     Coordinate with the client and TPI in joint inspections and other quality related issues.

•     Prepare daily activities, quality inspection reports, and submit to quality manager for reviewing and to take actions if required.

•     Check all materials delivered are in accordance with approved specifications and requirements.

•     Prepare Material Receiving Record (MRR), Delivery Notes (DN) for delivered materials.

•     Follow safety rules and regulations in workplace and remind the team members for safety awareness.

•     Authority to take any decision to fulfill the above responsibility.  achieving Targets in Production

•     Responsible to ensure implement of 5S & EHS at workplace.
