• Qualification: ITI (Grinder & Painter) & Relevant Technical Certification
• Experience: 3 years of Minimum Experience Required

• Age: 18–40 Years

Salary

The salary will be offered based on the candidate's welding skills and experience.

CTC: ₹22,000 to ₹30,000 Per Month

Roles & Responsibilities – Grinder

• Operate grinding machines and hand tools to smooth, finish, and prepare metal components as per specifications.
• Remove welding burrs, sharp edges, rust, and surface defects before painting or assembly.
• Inspect finished components to ensure the required surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain grinding tools and equipment while following preventive maintenance practices.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

Roles & Responsibilities – Painter (Industrial)

• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and applying primer before painting.
• Apply paint and protective coatings using spray guns or other approved painting equipment.
• Ensure uniform paint thickness, surface finish, and color quality as per company standards.
• Inspect painted components for defects and carry out touch-up work whenever required.
• Follow all safety procedures while handling paints, chemicals, and painting equipment, and maintain a clean work area.
