Eligibility

• Qualification: ITI Fitter / Relevant Technical Certification
• Experience: 3 years of Minimum Experience Required
• Gender: Male
• Age: 18–40 Years

Salary

The salary will be offered based on the candidate's welding skills and experience.

CTC: ₹22,000 to ₹30,000 Per Month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Transformer tank assembly and fitting work
• MS plate marking, cutting, grinding, drilling
• Tank body alignment and fit-up work
• Preparation of parts for welding process
• Leak-free tank assembly support work
General Fitter Work
• Mechanical fitting as per drawing
• Use of hand tools (spanner, hammer, grinder, drill machine)
• Reading basic engineering drawings
• Machine parts assembly and adjustment
• Maintenance and repair support work
Quality & Safety
• Work as per drawing and quality standards
• Dimensional accuracy maintain karna
• Safety rules follow karna (PPE compulsory)
• Clean and safe working environment maintain karna

Preferred Skills:

• Transformer tank / steel fabrication knowledge
• Basic drawing reading ability
• Welding process awareness (MIG/ARC support work)
• Measuring tools use karna (scale, vernier, tape)
