• Qualification: ITI Fitter / Relevant Technical Certification
• Experience: 3 years of Minimum Experience Required
• Gender: Male
• Age: 18–40 Years

Salary

The salary will be offered based on the candidate's welding skills and experience.

CTC: ₹22,000 to ₹30,000 Per Month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assemble, fit, and install mechanical components, structures, and equipment as per engineering drawings.
• Perform alignment, measurement, and fitting of fabricated parts using appropriate hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to carry out fitting activities.
• Inspect fitted components, identify defects, and carry out necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain tools and equipment, and support production activities to achieve daily targets.

Preferred Skills:

• Good knowledge of fitting tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of fabrication, alignment, drilling, grinding, and assembly processes.
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices and quality standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as per production requirements.
